This Week in Sports

I don't have too much to talk about this week. I was in SF for a week and didn't really pay much attention to what was going on in the world of sports - other than the really big stuff. SF, however, is gorgeous!

Things I liked:

  • The Packers won the Superbowl. Good for Aaron Rodgers and his team, especially since so many people seemed to think he would never become anything. All in all, it was a surprisingly good game - surprising because normally the Superbowl is either really slow or a blow out.

Things I didn't like:

Things that surprised me:
  • Everyone always has to have their eye on what's better, what's bigger, what's next. Well, projections for who will be in next year's superbowl are already out.
  • Andy Pettitte retired. Maybe they should use his salary to pay the greedy, talent declining Derek Jeter.
